Oversees and manages the organization’s Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure, ensuring that critical industrial systems run reliably, securely, and efficiently. Responsible for shaping OT strategy, maintaining system performance, and guiding teams that support networks, control systems, automation platforms, and related technologies.<br />Daily tasks typically include:<br />• Reviewing system performance identify issues or risks.<br />• Coordinating with operations, engineering, and cybersecurity teams on ongoing projects or incidents.<br />• Assessing and approving changes to OT networks, firewalls, and control system configurations.<br />• Leading efforts to modernize aging infrastructure and introduce new technologies.<br />• Working with vendors and integrators on upgrades, patches, and hardware planning.<br />• Overseeing incident response for OT‑related outages or cybersecurity events.<br />• Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and reliability standards.<br />• Advising leadership on technology strategy, resource needs, and long‑term planning.
